What this website does—and does not do.
This website provides general clinic information. It is not a diagnostic service, emergency channel, or substitute for care from a qualified health professional.
Riverwood Family Practice does not use a public website form to collect medical histories, symptoms, or other personal health information. New-patient inquiries begin by telephone. Existing online-booking buttons connect directly to the clinic’s established secure OceanMD service.
Do not send sensitive information by ordinary email
Ordinary email may not be a secure way to communicate personal health information. Call the clinic for guidance about approved communication methods.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting service may process basic technical information needed for security and reliable operation, such as device, browser, and request data. This website does not currently include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. OceanMD has its own privacy information for its booking service.
Patient records

Clinical records are maintained through the clinic’s authorized systems and are not stored in this public website. Access is limited to authorized individuals for purposes permitted by law and professional obligations.
