Information for New Patients

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Sinan Qasha is currently accepting new patients. Our process begins with an initial "meet and greet" appointment to ensure our practice is the right fit for your healthcare needs.

How to Become a Patient:

  1. Review our Clinic Policies: To understand how our practice operates, please read our Clinic Policies page.
  2. Prepare Your Information: Before calling, please have the following items ready:
    • A valid Ontario Health Card (OHIP).
    • A personal email address for booking and communications.
  3. Schedule a "Meet & Greet": Please call us at (416) 741-1622 to schedule an initial intake appointment with the physician.

Please Note:

An initial meet and greet appointment does not guarantee acceptance into the practice. Due to certain practice restrictions, the physician will make a final decision and inform you after this first appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
